Make your systems work together, without retyping
A lot of manual work sits between two systems: an order that has to go from the web shop to the accounts, or a form that lands in a mailbox and then in a list. I build the integration that does it automatically, with an alert when something goes wrong.
- Typical price
- €250 - €900
- All prices are final: as a small business I'm exempt from VAT (art. 56bis Belgian VAT Code), so no VAT is added.
- Usually takes
- 1-3 weeks
Who is this for?
- You copy data from one program into another by hand.
- You do the same steps in the same order every day or week.
- A payment provider, CRM or other package needs to exchange data with your website.
What's included
- Third-party API integration (payments, CRM, etc.)
- Error handling and retry logic
- Integration tests against the real API
- Workflow automation script or service
- Scheduled jobs or webhook triggers
- Monitoring and alerting on failures
How I approach it
I build integrations through the APIs of services you already use, such as payments or a CRM, and test them against the real service, not a mock.
Every automation gets error handling: if a step fails, the system retries and you get an alert instead of silently missing data.
Scheduled jobs, such as a daily summary or a weekly export, run on their own. You don't have to think about them any more.
Based in Geel. I work with clients in the Kempen, on the coast around Blankenberge and, remotely, across Flanders.
Provilion Broodjes
Replaced manual cash handling with a self-service ordering system. Parents top up credits online, orders settle automatically through Stripe, and the kitchen works from one live operations dashboard.

How much does an integration or automation cost?
An integration with an external service usually costs €300 to €900, automating a fixed process €250 to €800. You get a fixed price up front.
What if the other service changes something?
The error handling catches it straight away, and you get an alert instead of wrong data. I adapt the integration, and you hear what that costs up front.
Which programs can you connect?
Anything with an API: most web shops, accounting packages, CRMs and payment providers. If your package has no API, I'll tell you honestly whether there's another way.
